Even the volunteer transport team was great when wheeling her out to our car. When we attempted to leave we got to the elevator and she began getting sick. The volunteer with is had bag on board for those exact situations. He assisted us in routing back to the recovery area without hesitation. The nursing team went righ to work on getting the nausea under control and Dr. Erickson even came back to check in on her twice. Excellent service all around.

Too difficult to get a cost estimate. Lack of compassion or understanding about the economics of healthcare and dental insurance and the realities of what people need to pay to get care.

Everyone I met was professional and friendly. Dr. Erickson listened to my concerns and communicated well. He thoroughly explained the implant process. I trust his judgment and feel confident about my planned procedure.

The waiting room definitely needs more seating! There were 12 people standing- unacceptable!! Do better, Emplify!! Elderly patients should not have to stand to wait for an appt. I spoke with a nurse in post op oral surgery about it. She completely agreed and said it is an ongoing issue.

As you are aware your access is horrible. As a result of not getting an extraction when needed, the top portion of my entire tooth broke off from the roots while I was at work. I work at Gundersen. The part of my tooth that broke off was connected to a part of the gum and I could not remove the chunk of tooth myself. It was painful and bloody. I went to the oral surgery department and instead of being offered the help I needed, I had to beg for help from the front desk. I only needed 30 sec of someone's time. I know walking in is not how things work, but I was desperate. I wouldn't have walked in if I wasn't working in the clinic and I could barely talk because of the chunk of tooth in my mouth. I was eventually able to get the help I needed and I am grateful for that. Besides the lady at the front desk, the doctor made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience to him. Making a point to tell me that they are really busy when he first walked in. Then again to say if I have an issue in the future "to call" in a tone that clearly meant my walking in to get help was inappropriate. Again I knew walking in was against protocol. But it literally took the doctor 2 seconds to pull the tooth chunk off the gum tissue. I do appreciate the help from the scheduling person. The person who brought me back to the room was very nice.
