    check in confusing as to which desk to check in at one sign said to go around corner to right and then after going around corner, sign said check in desk was back where we came from. Otherwise, everything was great

    As usual I had a great experience with my provider and her wonderful nurse. They made an excellent team. I would refer friends and family to be their patients too. They even got me in earlier.

    The reason for the visit was confused. No one seemed to have a clear idea of why I drove 100 miles to have nothing done. My understanding was I was to have a stent removed. Their understanding was I was just scheduling the appointment for stent replacement. I didn't need to drive 100 miles to schedule an appointment. The whole day was a waste of my time!

    My wife had to wait for an hour in a small waiting room and the doctor never came and spoke to her after surgery which made her stressed out. Other than that it was a good experience in a relative sense

    Urology issues are never very easy or comfortable to talk about or be seen for. My doctor made me feel very at ease and comfortable. She explained everything in ways that I could fully understand and felt comfortable with my treatments for my symptoms.

    My visit was supposed to be billed to Community Care at the VA. It was not, as I received a bill. I verified this at check in, however, it did not happen. I waited over a half hour to check out, as there was only one person working. Very long line.
