Marissa PA was very thorough in care and information.

The providers were very professional and took great care of me.

Everyone was very nice that participated in my appointment. It was nice not to have a urologist and nurse who treated me with respect and as a person not a patient.

Hi, yes, I just wanted to say that I had a very good experience after, I know it took me a little bit to get in to get an appointment and I understand everybody has different pain levels and stuff, but after I expressed that I was, you know, in discomfort, Marissa was able to fit me in and I really do appreciate that because if it wasn't for her, I'd still be sitting here waiting to get in and I really do appreciate that and she showed a lot of empathy and helped me get my paperwork set up and everything and I'm just really, once we got in there she explained everything really well and put my mind at ease and I can't wait to start feeling better and I'm really glad that she was able to fit me in. I really do believe it happened for a reason. So thank you.

The visit could definitely have been done virtually!! We drove an hour and a half one way for a 15 minute visit to explain what was going to be done on the next upcoming visit. A waste of our time and money!

PA Kinsman, the student, and the MA were all professional and personable. They are a great team and we're fortunate to have them at Gundersen!

I made a appointment to see a urologist , but was seen by a PA. I don't think a PA is as qualified as a Doctor. It cost me the same to see a PA as it would a real Doctor.

Dr. Marissa it's very professional and knowledgeable. She treated me with kindness and respect and I appreciate that.

Provider was very thorough and both professional and personal.

If there is no problem I would like a email to save me driving over 100 miles

Hopefully Gundersen won't screw up and lose this doctor like they have their other good doctors. I feel very comfortable in what can be an uncomfortable health issue and feel that she has my best interests and care. Unlike the status quo doctors that gundersen has that just push unneeded medication and therapies instead of actually treating the symptom. The appointment was perfect and she is a doctor that truly cares rare to find

I've never met her or had treatment from her but I left with confidence and felt good about having met her. She established a good rapport but more importantly set up a treatment plan that gave me confidence. Thank you.

It was a great experience. The provider has a sense of humor and looks me straight in the eye, which I always appreciate. It was a great experience mostly because the procedure was not required that I was expecting. So I had a wonderful time chatting with her. And the only problem is that the screening procedure that I was introduced to is really not going to work for my situation. So unless I want to spend a lot of time staring at the inside of a wet pad, I don't think there's any chance in hell of getting the stone that we talked about.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the medical team that examined me and performed the camera-assisted examination, as well as to my doctor.

Dr. Kinsman was very outgoing. We carried on a very lively conversation, which helped make me relax during my test. Both she and her nurse were great.

The provider was wonderful and calm, but the medical assistant was not pleasant. She was rough and I did not find to have a pleasant demeanor.

Marissa was pleasant & explained the process clearly.

check in confusing as to which desk to check in at one sign said to go around corner to right and then after going around corner, sign said check in desk was back where we came from. Otherwise, everything was great

Your motto is A Little Empathy Changes Everything and both I and my wife felt Dr. Kinsman met this standard!

The reason for the visit was confused. No one seemed to have a clear idea of why I drove 100 miles to have nothing done. My understanding was I was to have a stent removed. Their understanding was I was just scheduling the appointment for stent replacement. I didn't need to drive 100 miles to schedule an appointment. The whole day was a waste of my time!
