A quality service

Our provider was fantastic, she was kind , welcoming , and put me and my Son at ease. The nurse who did the initial test was amazing as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially parents.

The staff was excellent at the Prarie du chien office.

The walk-in clinic in the ophthalmology clinic was a life saver as I had a minor eye injury. I was able to have my eye examined, get answers about the injury, and have my worries about my earlier cataract surgery put at ease. From my check-in to my departure, the staff and doctor were welcoming, friendly, and extremely competent. I'd highly recommend this department. Five stars!

I was a walk-in. They were able to get me right in to see Dr. Garrels. It was late in the day and she took all the time needed to address the issue, explain things and answer all my questions. Everyone was wonderful!

The eye Dr. nurse was the best nurse you could ask for, she can check my eyes every day and it would never get old... professional smart and knowledgeable and funny and so very nice. The world needs more people like that, it would be a better world. The Dr did a great job too.

Yes, the appointment was really good. Everybody was really good. But I am waiting to hear back from the retina doctor who was supposed to call sometime about my, about further appointment. And I just think that being it's my eyes, that should be taken care of sooner than waiting for somebody to call me back. So I would like that appointment made. Thank you. Bye.

This provider,she was awesome wish I could have her for my year exam so helpful and kind and explained clearly what was the issue and actually took the time to explain what I needed do to help my eye. Meant alot as I was concerned about my vision!!

My experience was just exceptional. She listened intently. She had the answers. She showed me exactly how my eyes responded, the film that captured the back of it and showed me that, what is the pluses and the minus. I left feeling so confident and understanding of my particular diagnosis that I felt tremendously relief lifted off my shoulders and know I'm going in the right direction. She was absolutely exceptional. Thank you.

I came to this eye exam with several concerns regarding eye discomfort and unusual (for me) symptoms. Dr.Kjos took a lot of time to rule out more serious eye issues and was reassuring and thorough in her exam. She took a lot of time to make certain I understood what she was doing and to explain the source of my symptoms. I really appreciated her knowledge and the time she took making certain I understood what was happening. She was also really reassuring throughout the exam. She is a really wonderful provider.

Professional, informative and friendly staff -

My appointment was a follow up to the YAG I had in LaCrosse which was a three hour round trip. Emplify should provide the equipment needed to provide this treatment in Friendship.

The provider was very knowledgeable, completed a thorough exam and explained everything. She let me know how to make contact if I have further issues or questions.

When I called for the first time. They got me in immediately. To make sure nothing serious was taking place with my eyes. I am thankful this clinic is here. With doctors that care

Dr. Marissa did a very thorough eye inspection / exam and I was very pleased with how she explained everything she was doing and showing me the details on my potential eye issues and how she will monitor it in the future. I find her to be a very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable person to deal with at these exams and very glad that is who I saw at this visit.
