I have an eclectic therapeutic approach, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), elements of play therapy and existential therapies. Every child has strengths, and I look forward to helping kids and teenagers (ages 5-19) continue to build their strengths.
