It went as expected with the exception of having to check-in again at X-ray. I checked in online so I thought that part of the appointment was done. Being that Orthopedics & X-Ray are separate entities in the same building seems unusual, however, the check-in person in X-ray was very friendly & professional. Checking in is the worst part of an appointment in my opinion. Checking in online made things much better for me. This was the only hiccup of my appointment.

Marcus Roman did a wonderful job treating me. He was very easy to listen to and explained everything well. He's a very good person and he helped with my pain a lot. I really appreciated his help and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you.

Dr. Roman was very kind and explained my X-ray information in a way I could understand. He outlined my options and brought in a box of tissues when I became upset with the outcome. He was very empathetic and understanding. I felt as though I had been treated with respect

Marc allowed me to ask questions and share my history and concerns. He was honest and supportive giving me the information needed to make a decision regarding my treatment.

Even though my shoulder was overlooked in June, because my primary Doctor thought I was getting it taken care of when I went in for my knee injections. When I finally got to be seen for my shoulder, they did a great job to get me in, in a timely manner.

Really appreciate being taken seriously regarding my medical concerns.

I love the staff in the orthopedic department. They gave me my life back after my knee replacement. :)

I felt like the PA made up his mind on the diagnosis without really listening to me and what was going on with my symptoms. I went in for, severe at times, hip/groin pain and the PA thought it was a lower back/nerve issue and to see a chiropractor. So I went to a chiropractor. The chiropractor checked me over and thinks it's not a lower back/nerve issue but a problem with the hip joint. For now I am going to continue seeing the chiropractor to see if they can help me with my pain and symptoms since I feel I received little to no help from gunderson.

There needs to be more clarity when sending digital reminders. I was scheduled for x-rays prior to a consult with an ortho md. I went to Imaging on the main floor, only to learn I was supposed to be on the 2nd floor imaging dept. by Ortho. That should be made clearer on appt. reminders.

All the staff were great. The PA was very thorough. First visit went very well.

It was good.

I was expecting to see a surgeon and setup a time for surgery. Not meet an assistant and do ex ray of something we already knew was bad. Now I have a new appointment and more travel to see what I was expecting on this visit.

Everyone in the Viroqua clinic was exceptional. They are always so friendly and helpful.

Unable to view x-rays thru MyChart. One parent was present, and the other was unable to know visually what was going on.

I've did my research and the Covid shot and booster was discontinue for use in the United States back in 2023. In the report it states that if you have a certain gene in your body like with arthritis it kick starts it sooner then later. So why isn't this being checked out. My symptoms point to this. After I received theses shots I ended up with Covid, pneumonia and the respiratory infection all back to back and now all my joints are hurting arthritis plus fibromyalgia and here I sit in pain and no help. Sad thing is they knew this was flawed and now I get no help. Sorry not happy. My health was perfectly fine b4 shot. Now sick a lot. I worked in a school district for over 30 years so my immune system at one time was good. So if you can't help me with pain I'll go elsewhere

Marcus Roman was unable to find the source of my problem, but was willing to continue looking into it. I opted for a conservative approach, but I appreciate his willingness to humor me.

All of my experiences with the orthopedic department have been excellent. You have fabulous doctors and surgeons there and I really appreciate them for all they've done for me, especially over the last two years.

Wasn't sure about xray's. Came in the day before for xray's and was told at information desk that sometimes orthopedic does own xray's. When I arrive xray's were done prior then appt. Wish that was explained more to me.

I was very impressed with the provider. Very professional and competent. I was in pain when I arrived but left pain free in the area of concern. I look forward to working with him again.
