Outside of work, I love to tap dance, swim and read. I also love to travel and camp with my family, and I am a busy mom of three and have two cats.

    My overall experience was absolutely excellent from all the staff. I don't do the digital stuff. My whatever that is and all that. I'm too old school for that. But the rest of it was the staff and the people that waited on me on a scale of one to ten were ten plus. They were absolutely awesome. Everybody. Thank you.

    Mandy was exceptionally helpful during my hearing check up. She explained my test results, updated the software in my hearing aids, and gave me helpful tips about cleaning the hearing aids. I am very impressed with her care.

    My experience with the audiologist was excellent. My chart was the problem. Spent over an hour trying to add information in my chart. Couldn't get my chart to save information or to let me leave that section to complete registering for my appointment. I'm not able to use my computer for long periods due to eye issues. I'm suppose to limit computer time to 15 minutes. My Chart is a problem.

    Mandy is so thorough and explains the findings of her evaluation very thoroughly. The support staff is a delight to work with. I look forward to my annual visit.

    The visit accomplished nothing except a baseline hearing level report. I was even accused of being "observed for risk of falling due to step into sound booth. Patient informed of potential for falls and measures taken to assure a safe clinic visit."

    The receptionist that checked me in seemed to be doing a couple other things at the same time on her computer. It felt rude and unwelcoming. Took what felt like forever to check me in.

    I am very satisfied with my audiologist, but am disappointed that she will not be La Crosse next year. As I get older, I do not like to have to go to Onalaska for my medical care when there are facilities just several blocks from my house..

    Dr Rutta is terrific. However, overall since Emplify took over it feels like more of a business run by bean counters unfortunately.

    I grow weary of always filling out forms and answering questionnaires for visits. However, I am guessing that some of it is required by Medicare rules. Can't we fill out needed forms once a year or if anything changes with insurance? Can't Emplify work with Medicare to streamline the process? And lastly, why can we come into appointment and truly use the MyChart app to check in every time and what to be called in?
