I was having mobility issues and the staff who helped me were great however it would have been nice if there were a way to request assistance before you show up.

I had a difficult time trying to update my med list in MyChart

Very happy with this provider.

I had trouble with the video call. It was all my fault because of the way I logged in. The hospital staff were very patient with me and they came up with a workaround to my problem.

It was positive.

Not informing me of which clinic building to go to. I went to one from what was on my sheet and I was supposed to be at a different one. So they need to clarify that better. Thank you.

The provider was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and thorough. She laid out the purpose of the visit, explained all of the test results, and made sure questions were answered to my satisfaction. A plan of care was discussed that was collaborative, flexible, and understandable. Great visit!

I love my doctor; she's really terrific. The receptionist/scheduler at check-out was super-helpful, and really nice. My Chart works great. The x-ray technician and the woman who gave me my breathing tests were both awesome. Everything was wonderful.

All my questions were answered, and I left with the knowledge that I needed.

I went over to the ER and I was surprised they got me right in and they didn't take them long. They checked my throat out and went through several things. I'm always completely satisfied with these people over there. They're wonderful people. I appreciate you very much and thank you. Goodbye.

I was 20 minutes late to this appointment. I was assured that it was no problem. Everyone was reassuring and told that my lung nodules were back to their original size and stable. I was told to call if I had a productive cough or coughed up blood.

The poor check in gal was alone..... she was checking out and checking in. I have NEVER seen one alone before! She truly had more on her plate than should have been!

Turns out I am OK. Doesn't get any better than that.

MaKenzie's explanations were even better than some of your other providers! The method that she used to explain the testing to me was easy to understand and imagine. She was friendly and confident and very good at making sure I saw what she saw on the scan. I also appreciated her sense of caution combined with a sense of optimism.

The wait to see a provider was long even on the cancellation list.
