My appointment went very well and fast.

I was very pleased with the appointment. All my questions were answered. She was such a nice person and very professional.

I came in with a lot of questions because I didn't understand how to use some appliances and I got very good education. They took the time to go over it more than one time and I really appreciate all the people that helped me that day. There were several technicians and I really appreciate it. Thank you very much. Makenzie is doing a great job in helping me with all my agent Orange related diseases. I would recommend her to anyone with lung related problems.

It would be nice to be able to view my xray on mychart.

Techs were very efficient. Didn't have to wait long for the doctor to explain test results.

Everybody was very kind and what I really enjoyed was the fact that I didn't have to sit and wait a long time for the doctor or for the lab tests. When I went down there, they were excellent also. So my overall experience was very good and I must say Dr. Makenzie is fantastic. She's just so kind and considerate and makes you feel like you're the only patient she has. That if you have questions, it's no problem. And so I just wanted to give that to you. And I can't think of a thing negative to say about the whole experience. And the guy doing the lab test, he was wonderful. He was a lot of fun and he made it easy. So thank you very much.

Would have preferred to spend more time with the PA instead of medical assistants.

Was given the info needed and my options were explained to me. Everyone was very helpful, kind and courteous.

I didn't feel like she was as caring as she could be and just did her thing quickly

Your underground parking is pretty scary! Way too dark. You need more lights.

Makenzie is very thorough and good to work with and I like these virtual visits when possible with no travel and hope you keep this benefit and glad insurance covers these visits. Thank you!

MY APPOINTMENT WENT VERY WELL .

I don't know if it's early in the morning or because registration deals with so many people, but the registration people can be short , a little snippy with patients. I've been coming for several years to providers, but there are some elderly, especially, that I've seen disrespectfully treated. This should not happen as patients have a lot on their mind besides finding the right elevator.

Waited 35 min past app. time for tests

Very professional, friendly, kind, took time to explain everything and answered my concerns. Very competent.

I was having mobility issues and the staff who helped me were great however it would have been nice if there were a way to request assistance before you show up.

I had trouble with the video call. It was all my fault because of the way I logged in. The hospital staff were very patient with me and they came up with a workaround to my problem.

She laid out the purpose of the visit, explained all of the test results, and made sure questions were answered to my satisfaction. A plan of care was discussed that was collaborative, flexible, and understandable. Great visit!

I love my doctor; she's really terrific. The receptionist/scheduler at check-out was super-helpful, and really nice. My Chart works great. The x-ray technician and the woman who gave me my breathing tests were both awesome. Everything was wonderful.

All my questions were answered, and I left with the knowledge that I needed.

I went over to the ER and I was surprised they got me right in and they didn't take them long. They checked my throat out and went through several things. I'm always completely satisfied with these people over there. They're wonderful people. I appreciate you very much and thank you. Goodbye.

I was 20 minutes late to this appointment. I was assured that it was no problem. Everyone was reassuring and told that my lung nodules were back to their original size and stable. I was told to call if I had a productive cough or coughed up blood.
