Dr. Luers was thorough and asked good questions about my hearing concerns and family history. The exam was comprehensive and the results were explained to me so that I could understand them. I was given several options for treatment (hearing aids) and feel like this was a good appointment.

I'm learning to navigate My Chart. Not always successfully.

I was late for my appointment and the staff was very understanding to my situation. They still treated me very kindly. They understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, but they still made my appointment work. I was very appreciative.

Experienced an uncomfortably extensive delay in securing an appointment without declaring an emergency- 6 months- to learn that a treatment might have been available in the first month!

Maggie was fantastic. She was really great with our 6 y.o. during his visit and was quite patient when he veered off topic and did great at bringing him back to task for his hearing screening. She explained things well so that we understood what was going on an what our next steps would be, but she also made sure our son knew what was happening too.

The doctor I seen was extremely professional, very helpful, very courteous, answered all my questions. I would recommend her to anybody and when I come back to the clinic and hearing, she's the only person I would like to see. Thank you.
