It was all good. Maggie is very thoughtful and explains things carefully. The check-in staff was friendly and cheerful. Maggie's tech staff was also good.

I love the email and text reminders for appointments. Don't know how I lived without them before!

Dr, Luers did an excellent job both in approach to solving my audio problem and to making changes in my earring aids to allow me to hear better.

Audiologist M. Luers was great. My sweet daughter has some developmental delays, which I did let the staff know since I wasn't sure how she would behave during the appointment. Ms. Luers was so patient, kind, understanding and flexible to assist my daughter with her audiology testing. I was so thankful and appreciative for the friendliness and support and was relaxed myself throughout her appointment.

This was my first appointment with Maggie, and I found her to be very pleasant and easy to talk to. She listened to my questions and answered them to my liking. I would definitely recommend her and will go to her again in the future when needed.

Dr. Luers was thorough and asked good questions about my hearing concerns and family history. The exam was comprehensive and the results were explained to me so that I could understand them. I was given several options for treatment (hearing aids) and feel like this was a good appointment.
