Not a fan of the newer online MyChart

Everyone everything was great got in on time. Everything went very promptly.

Provider is a good listener and gave me the right diagnosis and things to do in case I get pain again what to do. She even offered if I needed to come in again it's ok to call which was reassuring.

I wish all of the reminders also contained the building and floor of the appointment.

Overall rating is based on the lousy MyChart platform. Nurses will likely be initial viewer of incoming questions/concerns, but responses need to come from Dr.

Dr Fournier is wonderful. Grateful for her care.

I really liked Dr. Fournier! She was very friendly and I didn't feel rushed. And I appreciate her showing me my foot X-ray and pointing out the fracture to me.

I felt that the provider didn't really listen to me. She blamed my foot pain on my knee even though I told her that my orthopedic doctor said it's not because of my knee. I felt this appointment was a waste of my time.

Fournier is one if the best in terms of patient interaction and skills.

I was just looking to make an appointment when I arrived. When I walked out, I had an appointment scheduled, completed and left with a smile. That Dr. Fournier is awesome. Explained everything and there was no concern and what to do if something came along later down the road. 15 minutes from arriving I was walking out of the doors. WOW!!! Never had this kind of luck EVER!!! Usually, it is 3 months later and 1 hour before walking out waiting just to see the Dr. after the nurse. Stellar service and job this day for me.

This was a good and quick appointment. Everyone kind and helpful.

Paid fora specialist and they really didn't do anything for me that I could have done myself. I wanted my calluses treated but they did nothing for that
