I was half expecting to be brushed off for my injury concerns but my worries were definitely laid to rest with Dr. Fournier's listening skills and years of training. She identified the injured part quickly and prescribed a heel lift to alleviate stress on my achilles tendon as an immediate solution. I'm on the second day of wearing it and I definitely felt an improvement by the end of my shift yesterday.

Dr. Fournier is top notch.

I was urged to contact my insurance company regarding a coding issue. If nor resolved, contact Gunderson billing dept.

The PL who checked me in was great. However, I had to wait a while before checking out because the two other PLs were in a personal conversation, saw me, and then finished up talking a min or two later. I just stood there while they chatted and laughed.

I felt that Dr. Fournier remembered me as a person, not just as her patient.

Provider made diagnosis quickly and treated condition right in the office.

Dr. Fournier is as good as any provider I've had at Emplify. She always knows why I'm there and what I may need. We've been seeing her for many years. When she walks in she always has a smile and welcoming posture.

I have been treated by different foot doctors for same problem and have never had it done the way it was done this time here.

At times I find the website difficult to navigate.

Dr. Fournier is very professional and compassionate who gives sincere attention to me as a patient. She helped me greatly in the past and I wouldn't hesitate to see her, if necessary, in the future.

Not a fan of the newer online MyChart

Everyone everything was great got in on time. Everything went very promptly.

Provider is a good listener and gave me the right diagnosis and things to do in case I get pain again what to do. She even offered if I needed to come in again it's ok to call which was reassuring.

I wish all of the reminders also contained the building and floor of the appointment.

Overall rating is based on the lousy MyChart platform. Nurses will likely be initial viewer of incoming questions/concerns, but responses need to come from Dr.
