Provider was very thorough and listened to my concerns.

I was very pleased with my visit! I felt very welcome and heard at the appointment. She listened to me while I expressed concerns and made me feel comfortable expressing things that I was concerned about. She was professional and helpful@

My provider listened to me as an individual for the first time in my short life. She made me feel heard and understood that my feelings are valid. I have never been this hopeful and I'm so excited to continue my professional relationship with her.

Never let me know if I have an infection because having same hot and cold spells next day. Still short of breath

She didn't listen well thank God the doc came in after her and then things were fine

I had a few concerns that we weren't able to talk about in my appointment due to the doctor not having enough time. I really like this doctor but my appointment just felt disappointing that there wasn't time for me. The wait time is long time at residency clinic appointments, so I would think we could briefly discuss other concerns during my time instead of having to come back for another appointment.

The overall care during my appointment was efficient and friendly.

I was told by my provider that my wellness visit was one day early as far as my insurance is concerned. The fact that she knew this at my appointment means that someone should have known this well in advance of my visit. Very annoying.
