Madeline was so informative and she listened to me with understanding. We made a plan I can live with. She is so friendly and I felt very comfortable entrusting her with my care! I wish every provider was more like her.

It was great that she was able to listen to me, share thoughts and ideas, reached out to other care team members on my team to consult with, and was super prompt about getting back, made sure that the nurses followed back up with me once there was a response, saw that I saw the message on my chart, but they also then followed up with a phone call, very willing to listen and gave lots of great advice and definitely wanted to hear my thoughts.

I found Madeline to be one of the most engaging practitioner I have encountered in a long time. I truly appreciated her attention and kindness.

Madeline was so sweet and caring. She is so bright and will answer your questions in a caring individual. Gundersen is so lucky to have her working for them.

Yes, when I was dealing with Madeline, I asked to speak to another physician. She was gone about two minutes. Brought another physician in, and we discussed a lot of things. We spent about half an hour before, including my wife. You have a great staff in gastrointestinology. and that you have to take a few tests before I get a reserve under contract. You have great people, very personable, very knowledgeable, and they listen well. Have a great day.

Was in the call list so I was able to get in 3 weeks early! Maddie was kind caring and very helpful . Access to elevator was confusing even with signage - would be nice to have option to see non procedural appointments for GI in Onalaska....

I can seem to get on my chart.

It seems to always take a long time to see any type of specialist. I have had to resort to going out of network recently.

I was very impressed with Madeline Masters knowledge of my previous colonoscopy and other health issues I have. This appointment was arranged in the morning for the same day as I was on a waitlist. That didn't give her much time to go over my chart. Madeline was very engaging. She made sure I was comfortable with my decision to go ahead with a colonoscopy. All of my questions/concerns were addressed. Thank you Madeline!

Great facility and employees

As with any new provider I'm usually nervous before the appointment. Madeline was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable about her job. I would recommend her to anyone.
