I left my meeting with not knowing how to make an appointment that I feel I need.

have hard time to find where you can message the provider on mychart.

My provider was able to explain options in an easy to understand manner. Very nice.

I feel fortunate to be in PA Madeline Masters' care. She is very communicative: she responds quickly and thoughtfully to any questions or concerns I convey to her via MyChart. When I see her in person, she never makes me feel hurried or that she does not have time for me. I feel very comfortable sharing my concerns with her, and greatly respect her training and knowledge. If she does not know the answer to a question I may pose, she seeks an answer from colleagues or researches my question and gets back to me. 5 Stars for this excellent provider!

It was a great appointment.

It was great that she was able to listen to me, share thoughts and ideas, reached out to other care team members on my team to consult with, and was super prompt about getting back, made sure that the nurses followed back up with me once there was a response, saw that I saw the message on my chart, but they also then followed up with a phone call, very willing to listen and gave lots of great advice and definitely wanted to hear my thoughts.

I found Madeline to be one of the most engaging practitioner I have encountered in a long time. I truly appreciated her attention and kindness.

Madeline was so sweet and caring. She is so bright and will answer your questions in a caring individual. Gundersen is so lucky to have her working for them.
