I had a PA who was excellent and very efficient. She was professional but I wonder if an MD might have been able to explain more in depth.

Frustration. Left without a diagnosis or how to move forward to get a diagnosis. Felt like the buck was passed on to PT to help with pain relief.

The surgery and recovery went extremely well. The hospital stay was a disaster from the time I got there until my check out. The discharge nurse is fully aware of my frustration

Madeline made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions.

Madeline is truly an asset to Emplify. She always listens, answers all questions-even the silly ones. I couldn't ask for a better provider

I appreciate that Maddie answers my Q's- I am a naturally curious person and I likely ask more than many people do. She often can answer while multitasking (yesterday she was prepping my gel injection while answering) so it doesn't even "wa$te" clinic time for you.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Provider was very nice and answered all questions I had.

My chart doesn't work for me.

It would have been beneficial if this provider would have known about other modalities other than allopathic options for people who like to use both together. This provider did not know what PEMF therapy was in relation to how it can help heal pain and bones, etc.
