Other than waiting in the waiting roomfor 20 minutes after my appointment was set for. Everything went good.

Everyone was very nice. My appointment was at 1:15 I got in for my appointment at 1:30. Everything went very smoothly.

I arrived early for my 7:30 appointment and didn't realize I was the first patient of the day. While I was standing outside, I received a prompt to complete online registration, but the system kept giving me an error message, so I stopped trying. When the front desk staff member unlocked the doors, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. I followed her to the desk and the first thing she said to me was that I needed to sign a form. A friendly greeting goes a long way, especially first thing in the morning. Even a simple "Good morning" would make the check-in experience feel more welcoming. Everyone else I interacted with was wonderful.

I always feel so welcome when I come. Everyone always makes me feel like they genuinely care all the way from sign in to ordering glasses. I especially appreciate the help with the glass frame selection. Also just love Dr Flunker and how personal and helpful he is. He is fun but professional at the same time. I did not know that my eyes would be dilated at this appointment. I was asked to pay after the appointment and I was unable to read any paperwork or fill out my check. if the clinic knows the patient will have their eyes dilated paperwork should be done in advance.

The staff were exceptional. courteous, professional in every respect.

The only issue i had was when I was trying to check in and started talking to the lady helping me, the other lady to her left (when facing the desk) talked so loudly that I couldnt hear the person I was talking to. I could hear all of the other patient's conversation simply because the receptionist spoke so loud. I tried dtonday something but no one could hear me. I would recommend a divider desk like they have in Lacrosse at the clinics so they HIPPA isn't being violated along with it interfering with others trying to check in/out.

I appreciate the time and effort that I was given.

The multiple reminders and other requests a week prior to the appt for the check in process is excessive. I did all do the requests ahead of time and when I arrived I had to wait in line for over 12 minutes to do the check in anyway. Multiple patients checking in at the same time created a bottle neck at the same time during check in. The appt was great but the check in process was not favorable at all.

The clinic was great to work with and the front desk staff was exceptional. Dr. Flunker was thorough and knowledgable.

I had a poor experience with Trudy who had checked me in. I had gotten mine and my son's appointment times wrong and she made me feel belittled and unheard and talk to as if I was a child. She wasn't even the one who was checking me in. I was being checked in by another gal, and she started talking over the other gal to me. I had to tell her I didn't want to talk about it anymore and I just wanted to finish being checked in, in order to get to my appointment. Also, by the way I had checked in online due to previous poor service. I am extremely unsatisfied with her service and this isn't my first time experiencing poor service with the Gundersen eye clinic front desk service. I would like to make it clear that Dr. Flunker and the gal who conducted the eye check were great.

I enjoyed the visit. I thought the eye technician, I guess if that's the correct term, she was very courteous. She seemed to know how to use all the equipment. It was a pleasant experience spending time with her. The doctor came in pretty quick after she left, and he explained everything he was doing and was asking me questions about my main provider. He was very nice. and did a great job too. So I had an enjoyable experience with the optical team.

Office person and the tech person was friendly and answered my questions. The doctor was very good and friendly. He was personal and professional. I will come back to Dr. Flunker and recommend him to other people.

It was a breath of fresh air. I had been going to SW Med in Platteville who was not thorough at all. I was very pleased with Dr. Luke and the whole staff.

The entire office is about as good as it gets. We love going there. Everyone is the best that they could be. Actually they should çould give instructions to other offices as to how to be the best.

You may want to upgrade your gps. Google maps sent me to the Mayo Clinic on rte 27.

I just felt rushed off I fell and my knees were hurting Im looking to have knee replacement soon but nobody took X-ray or even examined my knees I got prescribed predisone which was my mistake I shouldn't have said ok I'll give it a try again turned out I can't. And stuff for my eye. Just felt uncomfortable is all so not sure if I'll be back or not

The ability to check in before my appointment was not working. I never received a text with the code for the extra security process. Attempted several times and never received a code.

Good experience, first time at new provider for many years ! The tech was excellent as well as the girl that helped me look at glass frames. Not sure where I will purchase new glasses yet but she let me check out frames to see at home what I would like!

The big problem I had was I had to wait 2-3 months to get in to see the doctor. I work until 3:30. They informed me that they would not take appts. after 3:30. Yesterday I read they were open until 5. I think they could have had me come in at 3:30. I had to live with broken glasses and not being able to see for 2 months.
