Lori did an amazing job and during my son's follow up visit from a brain injury/bleed and skull fracture. I have full trust in her abilities

Dr.Weber reassured my son his condition is a normal side effects of puberty. He felt better after talking to her as he was worried he had a more serious issue. We appreciate her and her staff.

The receptionist could use some customer service training. "Hey, hey, hey" in Ebonics slang is not an appropriate greeting to every patient. Couldn't get the insurance card entered, yet as a patient was able to do just fine through MyChart
