This doctor did not treat me with respect; talked to me like I was stupid; diminished my feelings and told me she doesn't believe I have a condition I was diagnosed with in the past. Overall, I left my appointment feeling sick to my stomach by how I was treated. I wasn't helped, listened to, or even treated like I was a person. I went in to get help with my issue and left with no help, no answers, nothing. Also was asked if I wanted my shots, I said "yes" and she proceeded to usher me out of the room saying "they can check you out" & she only focused on my depression which, I had stated earlier in the appointment, that I wasn't concerned about at the moment but yet, it's all she wanted to talk about with me. The telling me I didn't have the condition I've been diagnosed with since childhood was insane. worst doctors appointment i've ever been to tbh.

Lisa Roepke explained everything well. She took time to listen to me and I didn't feel rushed. She was very empathetic to what I had been going through this past year.

My NP Lisa R was wonderful and compassionate. She treated me very kindly and used really great trauma informed care when evaluating me and she comforted me when I was overwhelmed with my exam. She made my appointment less scary and manageable!

The Nurse Practitioner did not check my eyes, ears or heart when coming in for headaches which I thought was crazy....

I arrived to early for my appoiinment was worked in , everyone treated me great , we had a few laughs , that I arrived early , my appointment went well , , she listen and really cared .

There for Medicare visit. Felt like provider was just checking the boxes. Felt that she did not offer alternatives to drugs for my labs. Never asked about diet or excercise. Seemed resistant to my thoughts on declining a yearly mammogram and other tests. I believe the patient has the last word in what the medical community suggests. The responsibility of the decision is on me if I refuse.Not all patients are the same.

Our daughter has a concerning swollen lymph node. It is about the size of a grape. We have been trying to be seen for two weeks and now need to wait until Tuesday for the ultrasound. This is unacceptable to put a family through and our daughter. We want answers and we want them quickly. We don't feel like our concerns or her health is a priority. The wait time is absurd.

The check-in process was slower than normal. I stood in line for about 10 minutes even though I had checked in online. I also waited quite a while to get called back for my appointment. Apparently, the department was running behind.

They went out of their way to exam and treat another rash on me that was not part of the reason for my original appointment... my appointment wad originally to recheck my blood pressure that was elevated from a previous visit... thatblood pressure followup was very extraordinary care also
