I saw Lisa in Family Medicine because my providers in Internal Medicine were full. Lisa was great! I have full confidence in her.

Linda Roepke was outstanding. She listened to me and suggested new treatment options. I want to see her every visit going forward.

Charted that certain parts of my wellness exam such as ears, nose and mouth were looked at and they weren't. Asked questions about a medicine that was prescribed and how it would affect a current medical condition, and was told it wouldn't, and upon researching side effects it was found to directly affect the current medical condition. I felt she was quite dismissive of my symptoms of perimenopause and wanted to point the finger at my weight (after telling her I have a health coach for exercise and weight loss) and that it was most likely sleep Apnea, and wanted to put in a referral for a sleep study. I just felt rushed through the entire appointment, and didn't feel comfortable with her.

The provider was on time,the staff was friendly and I was very satisfied with my visit.

This doctor did not treat me with respect; talked to me like I was stupid; diminished my feelings and told me she doesn't believe I have a condition I was diagnosed with in the past. Overall, I left my appointment feeling sick to my stomach by how I was treated. I wasn't helped, listened to, or even treated like I was a person. I went in to get help with my issue and left with no help, no answers, nothing. Also was asked if I wanted my shots, I said "yes" and she proceeded to usher me out of the room saying "they can check you out" & she only focused on my depression which, I had stated earlier in the appointment, that I wasn't concerned about at the moment but yet, it's all she wanted to talk about with me. The telling me I didn't have the condition I've been diagnosed with since childhood was insane. worst doctors appointment i've ever been to tbh.

Lisa Roepke explained everything well. She took time to listen to me and I didn't feel rushed. She was very empathetic to what I had been going through this past year.

My NP Lisa R was wonderful and compassionate. She treated me very kindly and used really great trauma informed care when evaluating me and she comforted me when I was overwhelmed with my exam. She made my appointment less scary and manageable!

I never had a bad experience, neither with medical personnel or other staff members. I always was treated with the utmost respect.

Yes , think it was my 1st time with Lisa and she was very good at her job & I was happy with her . I give her 2 thumbs up !!

The Nurse Practitioner did not check my eyes, ears or heart when coming in for headaches which I thought was crazy....

Everyone was very polite and professional

I arrived to early for my appoiinment was worked in , everyone treated me great , we had a few laughs , that I arrived early , my appointment went well , , she listen and really cared .
