The MA that roomed me was very competent and friendly. Lisa is always wonderful and she really cares so much about you and wanting to help you feel your best. The check in/out women were efficient and friendly. They always seem to have a lot going on between the phones and people in front of them but they do a nice job getting people checked in and out and getting the next appointments made.

I very much appreciated getting an appointment when I needed it. Lisa, NP did a good job listening and helping me. With previous UTI's I couldn't get in and was left scrambling to find my own resolution. I believe that we should have better access to our own clinic and primary care providers.

I have had many providers through Emplify and I have to say that Lisa is by far the best. She listens, encourages and cares for her patients. The rest of the staff at La Crescent are fantastic as well.

ECheck in is pointless since they need to ask new screening and travel questions. Make them all digital.
