Dr Veglahn is a wonderful doctor!

Dr. Veglahn is an extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and compassionate physician. She is kind and really listens. She always rapidly responds to any questions or concerns that I have on MyChart. Overall, she is the most competent and caring doctor that I have ever seen.

Lisa Veglahn is an awesome person! I got an earlier appointment due to a cancelation. She always takes the time to listen to me. No questions go unanswered. Her staff is awesome too

This was a lengthy and useless waste of time for both patient and doctor. A form required by Medicare needed to be signed by MD to authorize orthopedic shoes. It seems a delay due to breaking my ankle invalidated the previously signed form.

Very disappointed that it will take 2/12 weeks to get an ultrasound. I will probably end up going to Mayo Rochester which is run so very efficiently.

Having one main number to call that puts you in touch with all/many health services under one provider improves healthcare due to its continuity and quality of staff.

Left message on MyChart with no return information. We should be able to message on MyChart and know that the physician read it.

Dr Veglahn is an outstanding provider. Her knowledge base amazes me! Not only is she knowledgeable, she is efficient, kind, explains information in a meaningful and understandable manner. She has a welcoming personality and my trust in her is beyond measure. I cannot say these things about many providers. You need to find and hire more providers like her!
