The provider was overbooked that morning and therefore we had to wait 30 minutes to see the provider in the room and our time limit was very tight so we were not able to really have enough time for the visit.

Wonderful experience with Lisa, every time. She is a compassionate outstanding provider.

The nurse that took me to the room was a male and he was not friendly at all. He didn't make any small talk, wasn't personable at all. I don't think he even made eye contact. When he came back after the doctor he didn't being the correct paperwork and when the doctor asked, he said he didn't know where it was and left the room. The doctor asked him as he walked out of he was going to get it. He did come back with it but even when getting fitted for my wrist braces he wasn't helpful in telling me how they should fit, how tight I should make them. I was not impressed and did not feel like what I needed or was there for was important to him.

I felt heard and Lisa was well prepared.

Lisa is an excellent provider. She is knowledgeable, kind, and always familiar with any other care I have had since my last visit with her.

Always feel well taken care of with Lisa Horstman. Would like to see her come to Winona clinic even if once a month.

It had been quite some time since I had seen Lisa and I was so really glad to be back with her again. She's a combination of professionalism and warmth and caring. I just can't tell you how wonderful she is to have. She's a good listener. She thinks things out and I just was so happy to be back with her again. So that's it.

It was very manageable to have a online visit. I was in no shape to drive 65 miles. I really like the online visit for situations like this.

It was a pleasure to meet Lisa Horstman. I appreciated her warm, thoughtful approach and felt confident that she was giving me the best advice and treatment possible.

For first time with any appoint I was late. My appoint had been changed twice and i came at wrong time. Desk staff talked to Provider and she got me in. Much appreciated!!

I love Lisa. She listens attentively, she's personable, she admits when she doesn't know something and uses her resources to find an answer. She involves me in my care. She's a top-notch provider.

Lisa Horstman is an excellent provider. I would recommend her to anyone. The medical assistant that day was the only reason I didn't give a 10 for my care. He was less than welcoming and friendly. The only other problem is I received EIGHT letters in the mail for my appointment that day. Pretty wasteful. The woman at check out was excellent, as well.
