My daughter was very nervous about this appointment. Lindsey sure made her feel comfortable and was able to get her to relax.

There was one person in the room during my visit that I don't know for sure who she was. She wasn't introduced to me. She popped in the room and she talked constantly. She'd just come from a meeting and I found that a lot of a distraction that was going on. But the care was good. I didn't appreciate having all those people in the room. I know one was probably a CNA that was helping Lindsey, but I don't know who that other woman was and she's very chatty and I really didn't need that at the time. So that's really all I have to say about that. But Lindsey was great. The care was great. Everything else went just fine.

Lindsey worked tirelessly to remove the deposit adhering to my eardrum. As a result, i can easily clear the plugged feeling in my ear as I was able to do before symptoms began. THANK YOU!
