Dr. Hoffman is an example of Emplify! A true accent to her profession and Gundersen.

Lindsay is so pleasant and efficient. Obviously knows what she's doing.

They knew before I came in to be ready to take the dome out of my ear. But when I got there, they didn't have the right stuff. So now have to pay twice for them to get the dome out of my ear and then do ear mode. They should be ready to do that when I was there yesterday.

Lindsay is warm and welcoming and makes the uncomfortable hearing test as pleasant as possible. She explains everything and ensures you are as comfortable as can be and checks often that you are doing well. She is a joy. I trust her with my hearing needs completely.

This was definitely a positive experience. Dr. Hoffman is very professional and was careful to explain things clearly. As of this time, I feel the speech mapping procedure that she did made for a strong improvement in the performance of my hearing aids.

Provider was great! My Chart is difficult to use. Redundancy leading you to think you missed something. Not well organized - hard to locate what you are looking for.

A great first experience. The doctor was amazing and explained everything very well. Answered any questions I had and left me feeling cared for and understood.

I needed to control my attitude towards the Dr and nurse kinda blew up at both and I'm Sorry they wee just trying to help me that's other than that everything was Awesome

Lindsay Hoffman was great at my appointment. She was very kind,caring and did a wonderful job walking me thru the appointment. She did explain the results with great care and pointed me in the next direction that I need to go for my diagnosis. Would recommend 100 percent.

I need a follow-up / second opinion appointment with another ENT doctor, and sadly this appointment is not available for 3 months. Since I am experiencing a chronic condition, that has been going on already for 4 months - this is totally disheartening to me. On this area I would sadly give a rating of 1.

they programed my hearing aids but gave me no instructions on how to install them properly or whether there is a left one and a right one and how to differentiate between the two

Big mistake changing brand name to emplify. Why should I feel good about connecting with a company with made up name that means nothing as apposed to a local established familiar name.

Time between appointments is actually ridiculous. There's no way that you would have any type of care with the scheduling that they have with Auto G at Gunnerson clinic.

I overslept and arrived for appointment about 20 minutes late. Lindsay and her staff went out of their way to work me in.
