During the e-check, it was somewhat difficult because they changed over to Emplify, and I had to start all over. Once I did that, everything else was wonderful.

Sometimes finding my information is a challenge. For instance I can't figure out how to view my X-rays on line. I'm not even sure that's possible, but It would be nice to have access to that information.

I checked in early for my appointments. I was scheduled for x-rays and then consult with provider. I was left sitting in waiting room and would probably be sitting there if I had not checked back with check in desk. I was never given any expansion action why I was not called for x-rays when scheduled, and was never given any apology for the delay.

Everyone that I met with for my pre-op visits were outstanding.

I liked the provider showing me the MRI images that were taken on my shoulder as she explained to me what was going on with my body and what treatment plans could be tried.

I think you are rushing your employees time.

Leiah is well schooled and works at a rapid pace.

She listened to what I had to say and took care of the problem.

I am so thankful that I had the appointment in Ortho after discovering I have bone on bone arthritis in my right shoulder. Leiah Neary PA clearly explained the cause of my raised shoulder bone using my x-ray and an a shoulder mock-up. After a thorough testing of my range of motion, she advised me on the weight lifting limitations. I left pleased, knowing that if I do start having shoulder pain, the Ortho department is there to help.
