PA was absolutely terrific. Knew my hx and all the implications. Explained findings and apparently right on, because the bursa injection allowed me to sleep through entire night for the first time in 2 months and today I can still move my arm without significant difficulties or pain. Gives me hope for the future because there appeared to be no other options, and finding this can be repeated without causing further joint injury is incredibly reassuring. Many thanks!

During the e-check, it was somewhat difficult because they changed over to Emplify, and I had to start all over. Once I did that, everything else was wonderful.

Sometimes finding my information is a challenge. For instance I can't figure out how to view my X-rays on line. I'm not even sure that's possible, but It would be nice to have access to that information.

This was a pleasant and informative visit. I am and was very pleased with where we are going with the procedure. Of the last three visits I have had this is by far the best.

Staff and PA very professional and knowledgeable. I felt I was involved in all the medical decisions made. Would not go elsewhere for care.

Maybe your providers should be taping the sessions so they get the clinical notes correct

I checked in early for my appointments. I was scheduled for x-rays and then consult with provider. I was left sitting in waiting room and would probably be sitting there if I had not checked back with check in desk. I was never given any expansion action why I was not called for x-rays when scheduled, and was never given any apology for the delay.

I liked the provider showing me the MRI images that were taken on my shoulder as she explained to me what was going on with my body and what treatment plans could be tried.

I think you are rushing your employees time.
