I love the smaller hospital feel. Minimal stress, no hassles, traffic or waiting. Plus, I don't have to walk a mile to the appt.

All parts of my visit were fabulous with the exception of check out. Dr. Dietrich and her nurse were kind, understanding and thorough. Check out took a very long time/ to the point where both my husband and I needed to sit down. The clerk asked me if I had a "port" and if I always used a cane. Not sure why about either question.

I only have one minor complaint. I don't understand why, if I use my chart to fill out the required forms before my appointment and answer all of the Medicaid/Medicare questions, the check-in personnel have to ask them again. Once should be enough to meet requirements, whether internal to your system or required by your accrediting bodies. If a human being needs to ask them in person, please remove them from MyChart. As I said, it's not a major issue, and it's not the fault of the check-in staff by any stretch of the imagination. It is just a wee mosquito bite of an irritation. Thank you for your time and attention.

So appreciated the care and consideration of my sister (the patient) who has dementia! The staff treated her with dignity, respect and EMPATHY!!
