Very satisfied with my doctor Leah Metz - answered all my questions and did not hurry. Have been seeing her since 2010. check in went fine. the nurse who checked my blood pressure, and medications was also very nice.

I received at least 3 emails regarding THE SAME appointment to check in. After I already DID check in. Very frustrating. !

I was surprised at the condition of the exam room, especially with the updates of other departments. It is in an old hospital room, that looks very old and run down. There is not even a sink for staff or anyone to wash their hands. Very disappointing to see Nephrology in these deteriorating rooms. The medical experience, Leah Metz, MD and supporting staff were excellent.

You know, to get in the computer or on the phone and pull up my chart and all that stuff. I haven't ever done that with you people. That's why I rate it at zero.
