Dr. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and informative when it comes to pelvic floor dysfunction and reconstructive surgery. I felt incredibly well cared for, safe, and understood. She thoroughly explained risks and benefits of surgery, how to care for myself after, and long-term expectations. I was comfortable asking her questions and never felt rushed. She is an amazing surgeon and such a kind person.

Dr. Scott is an asset to the OBGYN clinic! She is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain procedures, treatment and recovery. I appreciate that she suggests a wide range of treatment options that include non medical options. She listens attentively and ensures all questions are answered. I am very grateful for her!

Only downside was the wait for Dr Scott to come in was very long especially for being with some clothing off

I seem to have a problem using my chart

The ladies at the appointment desk did not know how to help me fill out the Release of Information form for FMLA. I felt like I was a burden to them asking questions and they weren't very helpful. I am sure they see these forms all the time and feel they should know the answers.

The person who came in as a student or being trained in seemed very annoyed with me, since I was talking about something unrelated to my bladder. He made me feel uncomfortable and almost like I was wasting his time. My doctor and nurse were very attentive and listening to me.

Dr. Scott gives me hope.

My provider listened carefully, didn't seem rushed even though I know she was very busy, and provided compassionate care. Her MA is excellent too and treats me respectfully. I like the consistency of seeing the same MA with my provider because I feel like she is part of my care team too!

All staff from check through appointment were very helpful and courteous.

Dr. Scott openly asked for and accepted feedback about the whole process as I pointed out some discrepancies between her instructions and the hospital discharge instructions. Staff were all wonderful!

I had my post op visit today with Dr. Scott. Her team was great: friendly and efficient. She reviewed my surgery and pathology report and I am doing very well. I have been extremely happy with the care that I have received from the clinic and hospital teams on the day of my surgery. Thank you for providing this specialty, Dr. Scott works magic.

The health personnel were excellent. The at home computer check in process had too many questions. Further, some questions were answered in previous check ins.

Issue was the machine they needed to do my procedure would not work, they tried 3 different chords, turned machine on and off still did not work. They finally had to go get a different machine. Please update your machines. Thank you
