Dr Scott is exceptionally compassionate and approachable on delicate subjects that I find difficult to hard about or name. She is patient and never rushes a conversation in the years I've known her. She's knowledgeable.i like that she writes down on paper what I need to get for products and shows examples visually online so I know what I'm looking for. I feel like even though she is a surgeon, she knows I am trying to avoid surgery and she doesn't pressure into surgery but helps me meet my goals.

I will recommend Emplify over Mayo. The care is superior and MyChart with Epic is easier to navigate. (A family member has to use Mayo due to insurance) Dr Lauren Scott is a wonderful physician and an asset to Emplify.

I was very pleased and actually looking forward to surgery. I felt the physician was thorough in her explanations and I am so relieved to have this taken care of.

I ended up going to Mayo hospital to get catheter put in. They were amazing and kind making sure I understand things.

Dr Scott and her nurses all treated me very well. I understood what was going on and what was needed of me. They are awesome nd would recommend my friends to her.

She LISTENS and" gets it "in understanding her patients concerns EVEN if it's not her field of expertise . She dictates her patients concerns and when a referral is made to a different Dr - They then can see her concerns that she has nicely relayed via her notes. She is a wonderful example for all her fellow professionals to follow with her SINCERE desire to give the best care possible and that characteristic makes her" truly one of the BEST!"

It would be nice if we could get the Eclipse device in our system. I want to get a trial for me as a patient, us as Emplify women's health providers. I'm hoping it can help me. I'm prepared to take pto, go to froedert and pay out of pocket. I think if we had it and could advertise it, we would see the need is there. Women just don't bring up fecal incontinence, even with their providers. I know We ask, but those are just the patients who make it to us. But if they see a story about a device that could help, I believe they're more likely to ask about it.

Dr Scott actually listens and offers excellent solutions. I have been to many other doctors with this issue and they blow me off. I knew I could count on her and she always comes through. She is top notch and im lucky to have her on my care team.

She is an amazing surgeon and such a kind person.

Dr. Scott is an asset to the OBGYN clinic! She is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain procedures, treatment and recovery. I appreciate that she suggests a wide range of treatment options that include non medical options. She listens attentively and ensures all questions are answered. I am very grateful for her!

I seem to have a problem using my chart

The ladies at the appointment desk did not know how to help me fill out the Release of Information form for FMLA. I felt like I was a burden to them asking questions and they weren't very helpful. I am sure they see these forms all the time and feel they should know the answers.

The person who came in as a student or being trained in seemed very annoyed with me, since I was talking about something unrelated to my bladder. He made me feel uncomfortable and almost like I was wasting his time. My doctor and nurse were very attentive and listening to me.

Dr. Scott gives me hope.

My provider listened carefully, didn't seem rushed even though I know she was very busy, and provided compassionate care. Her MA is excellent too and treats me respectfully. I like the consistency of seeing the same MA with my provider because I feel like she is part of my care team too!

All staff from check through appointment were very helpful and courteous.

Dr. Scott openly asked for and accepted feedback about the whole process as I pointed out some discrepancies between her instructions and the hospital discharge instructions. Staff were all wonderful!

I had my post op visit today with Dr. Scott. Her team was great: friendly and efficient. She reviewed my surgery and pathology report and I am doing very well. I have been extremely happy with the care that I have received from the clinic and hospital teams on the day of my surgery. Thank you for providing this specialty, Dr. Scott works magic.

The health personnel were excellent. The at home computer check in process had too many questions. Further, some questions were answered in previous check ins.
