I really disliked the way pre-visit planning is handled completely via the computer. I am a first time patient, never been to your facility before and I felt that this was just a much too impersonal way to do business and make me feel comfortable. Otherwise, the day of my appt. and the people and the MyChart experience were all good.

It was the perfect experience I've ever had from beginning to end of getting the shot. The staff was pleasant, kind, respectful, and very courteous and above all professional I give that staff a 10 out of 10.

My new doctor was very compassionate and empathetic. The check-in people were great! I tried to change my prescription pick-up address and it was impossible to change. the rest of the experience was good.

Dr. Lara is a very competent and kind clinician.

what you need to improve is you ask us to pre-check in online and check all of our medications, verify they're all correct, make sure that we take all the ones off that we don't, do no longer use, and then when we come in, any corrections we have made are no longer there and we have to go through them all again So you could probably improve that so we don't waste our time. How's that?

For the first time in years, I got a physical which definitely inspires trust. Also got a great summary of the appt on my chart.
