Dr. Klingbeil is a very caring person. She explains everything very well in an easy to understand way. She covers all options, answers all questions, and helps make an informed decision. The medical assistance and nurses explain what they are doing well. Also if there are forms to sign they explain them very well. Everyone has always treated me with kindness and respect. I would like to thank them all.

This was the first time I met with Dr. Laura Klingbeil. As with just about every doctor, nurse, and other staff member my wife and I have met at Gundersen during the past more than 50 years, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. (There were only three exceptions and all three were at least 40 years ago.)

Dr Laura was excellent to visit with and explained everything very well to us. Treatment of the cortisone shot went well and she answered all of our questions. Highly recommend her to others. Although it was a 2 hour drive to see her, well worth it!
