Dr. Jacobson is great!!!! I'm super sad that she's going over to Sports Medicine but I'm DEFINITELY staying in Family Med. Everyone there is super friendly and nice.

Dr. Jacobson is always very friendly and thorough in her appointments. I am totally satisfied with her care and her expertise. When I began my care with her several years ago I recommended her to a number of my friends. I don't anymore since it is so very hard to get an appointment in a timely fashion with her. It's very hard to have a primary care doctor who is so difficult to see. I don't appreciate seeing a total stranger when Dr. Jacobson is unavailable, although I've always had a good experience with whomever I saw.

Got into my appointment early which is unheard of and I greatly appreciated it. MA's were all courteous and efficient. MD came right in after MA's and immediately started asking me questions about my "complaints." I feel like we got a good start at figuring out what is going on with my body.

Laura Jacobson is very good with my daughter. She explained her situation in terms she could understand. She helped get my daughter to further care.

My experience with this provider was excellent. The following comment is unrelated to this provider but I am taking the opportunity to comment on a larger issue: I am opposed to Emplify as an organization due to the pay structure for physicians that is based on "productivity" and generally incentivizes faster visits, more procedures, and disincentivizes providers to take on roles with populations that have higher needs and more complex presentations. The pay structure penalizes providers who take the time it takes, and order diagnostics and procedures appropriately. This leads to poor care and waste of health care dollars.

So happy to have Dr. Jacobson as my primary care provider.

Front desk staff seemed to need more education

Very efficient. But not hurried at all. Very positive experience

I feel like this dr actually listens to me and isn't just getting me in and out. She takes time to answer my questions and goes over and above in seeking answers for me. She even looks ahead into the future and talks about how to address things with my college pt and trainers (I am a college athlete). I feel like she genuinely wants me to be successful as an athlete. And she doesn't push unwanted or unnecessary medicine or procedures.

Well I have still got this in my chest, So I know she did a great Job, Most she can do, Have to comeback in to try and get my lunds Looked at!

The Family Medicine is wonderful: though, caring and kind. They make you fell like a valued person and are more than willing to spend time with you.
