Medical assistant and doctor were both fantastic. They were kind, spoke to me as an individual, and overall made it a positive experience.

With my chart it is annoying with all the repetitive questions for each appointment. Dr Isaacson is very kind and helpful .

The PSS at check out was new and in training, and he did a great job. I commend him for taking the time to check with his coworkers to make sure he was getting this correct. Having weight management going to a surgery department (signage) is a little uncomfortable for initial visits. Amplify spends a lot of marketing a little signage and a clean up of naming on website/MyChart IMHO would go a long way in promoting this practice area.

Waiting for some drugs to go down in price

Everyone was friendly, helpful. Provider was easy to understand, clear understanding when I had questions. Got a surgical nurse who could answer any questions if I decide to go surgical route. Getting on medicaid for results, notes, hard & very touchy

Wait time was 15 min past my scheduled appointment time . They have been worse in other departments . The clinic was very clean and I like that you stoped using the paper on the exam tables

The person who called me back from the waiting room did not introduce themselves or share their role. They were kind and pleasant though. I was called by name which demonstrates respect. I felt heard and cared for overall.

Laura was excellent in explaining options to me. I appreciated her professionalism and kindness.
