allwent well over the last few years

Expected more from visit. No discussion of importance of losing weight and potential health issues. No discussion of what my ideal weight should be based on height. No real diet plan provided to get me there. Just a few handouts with info I could have found online. No real attempt to motivate me to lose weight. No discussion of follow up to check my progress. She mentioned sending me some info on my chart, but never did. The person was pleasant enough to talk to, but the whole thing felt like a waste of time and money. I really wanted someone that would be more proactive and provide the motivation and tools for me to lose weight.

I had a great experience with the care team. Laura answered questions I had. I didn't feel like I was embarrassed to ask her anything. She treated me with respect and kindness, and I just can't say enough about my wonderful experience. Thank you.
