I particularly liked that when I called I was not stuck listening to a calling tree. The people I spoke to were real humans. Thank you for that.

My last two appointments were pointless, and I shouldn't even have to pay for the last one. I learned nothing, they are not going to do anything, and I should have canceled. The doctor didn't even look like a doctor, and looked like she just crawled out of bed, very disheveled, and I was not impressed. I had to speak with three different people with really no resolution.

I didn't realize how much walking was necessary to get to the exam room, until I was there, out of breath. I may need a wheelchair or scooter next time.
