Larissa was great to answer questions and I can tell she showed empathy towards my situation and really was trying to understand what I was going through. I can see she is going to really try to work with my primary provider to figure out what is happening to find a right solution moving forward for care for me. I felt like she listened to me and was there to help.

Why do we answer the questions in my chart just to be asked again and again. If a patient has doubt about a medication. Why would you say that we might have to increase it. I don't understand why the way they think.

I was expecting to see a Doctor for my visit, but saw a Nurse Practitioner. I didn't feel that she had reviewed my MRI before my visit and felt that she moved me much more forcefully than she should have with having back issues for the prior 2 months. After that appt I feel as though I was put back in my recovery by at least a week and a half and started having tingling down my leg as well as pain; ways in which I didn't have prior to my visit.

I felt my provider was honest with me, gave me information on procedures if I needed in a straight forward answers.. LARISSA is very knowledgeable and lots to consider as she explained the procedure if I needed a MRI.. Was I nervous when I came to the department + as of now will look for other avenues , and I did ask what she thought etc..Felt she was honest with me..

Specially providers in neuomed need to listen and those who sub for doctors out need to listen to patients

I've finally met with a doctor that actually listened, explained everything and was empathetic to my concerns and issues. Working to have a plan to resolve my issues rather than just mask it. Hands down would recommend her to anyone.
