The only thing that irritates me is when you open up My Chart is "do you want to pay your bill" ! I was looking for check in or blood tests for my next visit any thing but paying my bill!!

I had an in person visit scheduled and someone changed it to a video visit. That made me upset. My provider is wonderful and I would rather have an in person visit with her.

Larissa was kind and compassionate. She listened to my spouse , did a thorough physical exam. She talked in a way that he understood the plan. I was very impressed with her. She assisted him into wheelchair. That is a first! Thank you for your dedication to your patients and my husband. .

Larissa was great to answer questions and I can tell she showed empathy towards my situation and really was trying to understand what I was going through. I can see she is going to really try to work with my primary provider to figure out what is happening to find a right solution moving forward for care for me. I felt like she listened to me and was there to help.

Why do we answer the questions in my chart just to be asked again and again. If a patient has doubt about a medication. Why would you say that we might have to increase it. I don't understand why the way they think.

I was expecting to see a Doctor for my visit, but saw a Nurse Practitioner. I didn't feel that she had reviewed my MRI before my visit and felt that she moved me much more forcefully than she should have with having back issues for the prior 2 months. After that appt I feel as though I was put back in my recovery by at least a week and a half and started having tingling down my leg as well as pain; ways in which I didn't have prior to my visit.

LARISSA is very knowledgeable and lots to consider as she explained the procedure if I needed a MRI.. Was I nervous when I came to the department + as of now will look for other avenues , and I did ask what she thought etc..Felt she was honest with me..
