The provider was excellent. I had a good experience at the clinic and all my questions were answered and relief that they took care of future appointments with an echo and a mechanical checkup pacemaker. I felt 100% better after visiting this provider.

Billing department stop harassing Veterans with Billing Issues when an authorization has been agreed on Specially with that new name, not Gundersen people!! Have little issues with anything Gundersen! Its the non professionals at the other name that all bad issue started!! Someone probably got rich over the merger, but when it comes to Veterans, it's like if not worse than the VA!!!

the technician that put the React telepatch monitor on me did not mention what lights I should be watching for. I found out the following day the monitor was not sending data until mid afternoon. I called React to get more instructions

Yes, everything went real good. The provider was willing to answer all questions and there was one that she was going to look out, you know, check for me. So that's what I got to say. I left her with a lot of knowledge and hopefully I get a lot better so I don't have to make repeated trips, although she was treating me with a lot of respect and really was helpful. Okay, thank you, bye.

NP Falck was very professional and helpful. She would like me to return in 3 months, but it's not even possible to make that appointment now. She also referred me for an ablation, however I was told they are booked out until January of next year and I should wait for them to call. This does not appear to be in the patient's best interests. My experience with Mayo during my hospital stay there was much more proactive.

Kylynn was wonderful. My experience in cardiology has not been the best. She was very very helpful. She answered all my questions. It also was obvious she had read thru my complete file. She is a huge asset to the department. I was considering asking for a referral to Mayo but now feel I can stay at Emplify with her as my provider in cardiology. My husband and I both feel we got lucky in having Kylynn as our cardiology contact.

NP Kylynn was awesome! She was positive, clear in explanations, caring, & went above & beyond to answer my questions & provide resources. I highly recommend for others to see her in the cardiology dept. She even helped me with MyChart, which has had many glitches with the transition from Gundersen to Emplify. Thank you to Kylynn for a wonderful experience!!

Staff was dealing with a new software system, so kept apologizing to me about it. Tho I understood that new software can be stressful, as the patient, I didn't need to know about it. They only added to my anxiety level, which was already high based on just being there.

My biggest concern was understanding the test results that were posted on my chart during this process. I think the patient should receive explanation via phone or video before test results are posted. I didn't understand the results and was scared about what I was reading.

Kylynn Falck, DNP was wonderful. She first asked our concerns and made sure they were all addressed. She listened closely and looked for answers. Will continue with her. We are looking forward to having a better relationship with her office than previous cardiologist office.
