NP Kylynn Falck took the necessary time to work with me and answer my questions. I would highly recommend her to someone who needs to be seen in the cardiology dept. Also, she is very good at responding & getting back to you in a timely manner by communicating through mychart.

My experiences with EP have been much less positive than my most recent visit with cardiology. The EP team does not meet the standard of care I have come to expect.

The registration staff were very friendly. The only reason I rated the registration process lower was because the computers were down, so they weren't able to be as efficient as they usually are.

Every part of the appointment, from check-in through check- out was excellent!

I am the caretaker for my brother this past year as he moved to this area for failing health. Yesterday's visit was the best yet, got more information on his condition with better understanding. My brother was able to ask questions that he has had concerns with, we got a sense of where we are going from here.

Our Cardiac provider, Kylynn is the BEST!

I have been unable to log into my chart I've asked for help many times but know one has been able to get me back in. This has been since the merger. I've given up completely on it.

I think the nurse practitioner and physician assistant program is excellent.

Billing department stop harassing Veterans with Billing Issues when an authorization has been agreed on Specially with that new name, not Gundersen people!! Have little issues with anything Gundersen! Its the non professionals at the other name that all bad issue started!! Someone probably got rich over the merger, but when it comes to Veterans, it's like if not worse than the VA!!!

Great providers from reception before and after, to the greeting/prep nurse to the Dr. and NP that dealt with me.

The doctor explained things in English I could understand. No big Latin words or 25 letter words.

the technician that put the React telepatch monitor on me did not mention what lights I should be watching for. I found out the following day the monitor was not sending data until mid afternoon. I called React to get more instructions
