While the care received by the professional was outstanding, my concerns lie with the system and the wasteful expenses to me by requiring additional visits and not looking at what care was recently provided by a different professional. i.e. my primary just completed a wellness check, but yet I needed to come in again just to renew prescriptions -- the need should not dictate two of the same visits just to fulfill Rx.

I was pleasantly surprised at the thoroughness of Mr. Moore

Pa Kyle Moore is Great! Can Always Trust Him To Give Me Answers in What To Help Me With MY Health! Trust him Always With MY Care! He answered All My Questions! Very Knowledgeable About MY Care and What Will Help Me! Went back to him to explain things about past tests i had and to understand what to do going forward. Glad I had i have him for my care!

Excellent care

I would like direct answers to the problem at hand instead of the run around and not knowing much of anything besides more testing.

Kyle and I had a great discussion. He explained my condition to me in layman's terms which I appreciated. The instructions he gave me to hopefully remedy my issue were straight forward and easy to understand. We had a good conversation.

Kyle listened very, very carefully, considered everything we told him. I was very impressed with Kyle. Thank you very much. Continue choosing medical staff like Kyle. Thank you.

This provider is everything one would want. Listened carefully, talked through ideas, explained risks, limitations. Was kind.

My provider took his time with me and appeared to be thorough in his questions and my health background. He went more indepth with my GI issues than the previous specialist at another hospital. I appreciate the way I was treated.

All went pretty well, good people, no complaints

I was given the wrong information by the scheduling department of gastroentology. She told me it was in the "main" building and I didn't know what she meant by that. She told me to park in parking lot E, there is no parking lot E.

Very disappointed to learn that the physician that referred me (for possible celiac disease) made an error in reading my tTg lgA levels and I didn't really need to come in. My insurance is terrible and this appointment that wasn't really needed will probably cost hundreds of dollars out of pocket.

I was very impressed with Kyle's careful and thorough explanation of my condition and what we needed to do to fix it. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions regarding medication. Moving forward, I am very happy to have him continue monitoring my condition.
