Dr Oettel has an EXCELLENT TEAM!! They have always been there to answer questions and make me and my family feel as comfortable as possible through this whole journey. I can not say enough good about this entire program!!

Trying to get my online going

My biggest problem is I've not been able to get on my chart. I cannot get on my chart. I have tried many, many times and my girlfriend also been on my chart for herself and for me and cannot get on my chart. Who do we contact? Because we don't know what the follow-up is on things until we get paper readout from our meetings that were there or appointments. Thank you.

Doctor and assistant were excellent and very kind.

My care team is outstanding. Because if my care, I'm a pancreatic cancer survivor.

We got bad news, but if we were going to hear it, and understand it, and have the compassion we needed, we picked the right Dr. with Dr. Oettel

Great staff and super doctor

The doctor was very throul (sp) in his evaluation as to what needs to be done in the future with my cancer and took the time to listen to my concerns and answered them fully. I am very greatful that Gunderson has doctors like him on their staff.

Excellent care per usual. Dr Oettel is such a blessing in my life. Gundersen is blessed to have him.

Amazing team!

I am devastated that Emplify would deal with the loss of Quartz in Winona & not provide any assistance in identifying other providers in their network that could be contacted. Trying to get rid of Medicare patients? I may have to renew y provider relationship completely.

Each member of the team was friendly and knowledgeable in their line of work. They answered any questions that we had and also put out mind at ease about needing to transition to Gundersen for treatment because of my wife's insurance. We hope things will go smoothly.

Would have liked a better explanation as to if my tumor shrunk or not after radiation and chemo. Told it shrunk a little but they could not tell if the scan was showing the tumor or "dead cells". You would think a CT Scan would show more detailed information.
