It was very well taken care of the problem

I was not advised at check in that the Dr was running about 1 hour behind schedule. I asked after waiting for over 1 hour past my appointment time what was going on. Only then was I advised of the delay. I actually got called in 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time. I have experienced delays before but was usually advised at check in of the situation..

I especially liked it in that the Dr was not just professional, he was also personable. That is something that I have to have to give 9s and 10s and Dr Mueller is all of that!

Dr. Mueller is a gem!

Dr. Mueller called me personally the following week to see how my stitches were doing. He also went over my slides again & saw some more precancerous cells so is prescribing chemo cream. Wanted to let me know it was common so I wouldn't get overly concerned. Feel he was very diligent in making sure he got all the cancer. Also made sure I have a skin check appointment soon.

I received exceptional care.....

I tried to respond to the appointment confirmation text but it never went through. Not sure if that was due to something on my end or not so, I just do the pre check in online.

I had to wait almost 90 minutes past my appointment time to be taken back for my procedure. It would be nice to get a phone call when the provider is running that late so I wouldn't have to waste so much time sitting in the waiting room.

This experience was uncomfortable in parts, but I trust Dr. Mueller and the nurses who served my needs. The experience left me trusting the expertise of Dr. Mueller and the nurses who served. I believe the experience will result in a successful outcome.

I had a good discussion with the provider on my care and future steps.

For my VA referral, the pictures of the biopsy location were not available for the start of the Mohs procedure, delaying the start about an hour, while they could be resent. VA Dermatology said it was sent weeks earlier. This could be an issue with IT systems not talking to each other, HIPA barriers, misplaced files, etc. Recommend that all needed documents including pictures be confirmed at least one day before the appointment.

You could tell that Dr. Mueller and his staff get along well and respect each other. That made things better for me...

I wish Emplify (Gundersen) were not paying Matt LafFleur and the Packer organization tens of thousands of dollar to advertise. It is a terrible waste of my heathcare costs.

My appt,Time was 11:00 ,I was in procedure room on time,But Dr was behind on a previous patient,It would been nice had someone told me ,as It was 45 minutes waiting,no contact to keep me informed.

Very pleased with their concern and getting back with results so promptly.

Everyone was courteous and helpful. I was seen right away and was treated with respect and courtesy.

My chart is not user-friendly. It's hard to find where to send messages to the doctor. It is hard to find aftercare visit.

need to explain the amount of time this operation takes. had a 1hour 40 min wate while others were helped

Dr. Mueller treated me as an inconvenience. He clearly had already decided how he was going to treat me even before seeing me. He spent thirty seconds with me and sprayed liquid nitrogen on three areas and was out the door.

Appreciate having the front entrance greeter. Friendly and helpful.

More than I expected

The digital experience on my iPad is good but not on my phone when I have to go and get a code to look at it. Using my user name and password alone works best.

My appointment was at 345, but I didn't get in until almost 5 o'clock. So I was in a waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes before I ever got in. That's all, if we could get. But it was at the end of the day, so I'm sure something slowed him down at some point. And it just goes slow the rest of the day. All right. Thank you.

The long wait in a very cold room was not pleasant. It took much longer to get the results of the excision cells than they said it would take. For a MOHS procedure I think it would be nice to have something to drink and eat plus be helped to get up to use the restroom. I was in one cold room for five hours with no consideration for my biological needs.

Dr. Mueller is exceptional at what he does. I completely trust in his care. All staff professional, and sincerely interested in positive outcome for me.

I had a skin cancer removal procedure done. It turned out to be more involved than what we anticipated. I feel very fortunate to have had Dr. Mueller's skill and expertise for the procedure. He is a very kind and empathetic doctor.

We had such a positive appointment with Dr. Mueller. He saw my daughter for a dermatologic concern and he was very reassuring. I feel completely reassured that her, um, lesion, um, is, is fine. And, um, we were able to get in very quickly. He had a cancellation and he made sure that his office reached out to offer a next day appointment. Um, it was just incredible. He's an excellent provider and I would trust him with my family's dermatology needs anytime. wonderful provider.

All was great except my appointment was cancelled the day of. I found out at check-in. I took a day off for the appointment and had to leave early on a work day two days later.

Dr. Mueller and his nurses always make an unpleasant experience much easier to handle.

Kurt Mueller went above and beyond to help get me in same day for a biopsy. He was professional, knowledgeable and took time to explain.

I misunderstood the difference between "check in for appointment time" and "appointment time," not realizing that Emplify automatically asks patients to arrive 15 minutes in advance. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my check-in time because of this -- not a major problem but something that might be worth emphasizing when appointments are made.

I'm very pleased with everything that was done and the way he'd done it and the way everybody treated me. Everything was excellent. Uh, I can't thank him enough for getting me in as soon as he did and they did and he took care of it very, very, very good. I'm sorry I couldn't answer you on the phone cause I don't, I don't, uh, type on the phone or nothing and I can't give you an answer, but I'm very pleased with what was done and what they did for me. I can't thank you enough.

Dr. Mueller is outstanding! Would not trust anyone else with Mohs surgery!

The folks in this department went out of their way to prepare for the surgery, administer medications, tell me what was going on, have the plastic surgeon close the wound, and check that all was well. I am so gratified. Now for the healing!

It appears to me that the hospital assigns too many patients to Dr Mueller. I think he should be given a bit longer between patients, so that he can see them at the prescribed time

Check in was very slow and long line. Only 3-4 people checking patients for multiple specialties.

He is so professional. He takes the time that is needed and is very comprehensive.

Dr. Mueller encouraged us to call him during the night if I had problems. I did wake up bleeding from the incision site at 3 a.m. We called the answering service # & they called him & he answered right away and answered our question about what to do next.

Everything went well, Dr. Mueller and all the staff took good care of me. Also had a great cup of Moka coffee.

Dr. Mueller is a fantastic doctor, has done a very good job for me. I would recommend him to anyone. Dr. Mueller is a great person. His staff, the nurses there, are very helpful and informative and thank you very much. Dr. Mueller and the staff.

Provider and support staff were friendly and courteous. However twice I waited 2-2.5 hours between excision stages making for an extremely long day at almost 11 hours. Also if you allowed the staff to use expiril for localizing it would be more beneficial for the patients as a longer acting numbing agent and ease some of the pain after. I had 5 stages done and offered zero pain medications for a very large open wound. Had the expiril been an option at least there would have been some pain relief that wasn't able to be knocked down by Tylenol to get me partially through the night until I had my appt the next day for another stage of excision/repair with my plastics team.

I appreciated the personal attention provided by the entire staff.

There was a significant wait from my scheduled appointment time (4 PM) until seeing the doctor (after 4:45 PM). Otherwise all was good

Dr Mueller and his team are wonderful. I'm a regular in that department, with many skin cancer issues. They always make me feel so confident in their extraordinary care.

My check in time was 3:45, at 4:45 I went back to the. Check in desk to see how much longer it would be. She called back and got no answer, she then went back to see if she could find them. She came back and said it should be soon, he was "waiting for a room." Does not seem correct, they came and got me at 4:50 pm.
