Dr. Swanson was everything I could expect and want from a doctor and a visit. Gundersen is very fortunate to have such a professional.

I was not to see this doctor it was in the records. They say me up with this man. He treated me horrible the first time I met him. They need to read the chart!!!!

I have been a patient of the Gundersen Health Care System since 1965/now Emplify and trust the care that I have received over those many years. My parents, siblings, in-laws and my husbands siblings were also served by Gundersen. Quite a few went through various health issues prior to their deaths. We all had faith in the care received. I am not used to the name "Emplify" but eventually, it will become familiar to me.

My regular doctor wasn't available so I had to change to a different doctor for this appointment. However, I felt he had reviewed my chart and was very knowledgeable and helpful. As far as your chart goes, it's not easy to use.

I've always had positive experiences at Gunderson.

Everyone was very professional and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and everything I needed to know was explained in a way I could easily understand.

My experience with Gundersen/ Emplify was excellent in all areas. I was thrilled to hear Dr. Swanson plans on practicing medicine another 12 years and can continue to be my doctor!

It was a pleasure to get to know Dr. Swanson a little better. Great communication, and he took care of my needs very well.

My provider and the nursing staff are top notch. A little confused with the My Chart notification process. It did not make clear to me what the purpose of the appointment. I assumed my first visit was for lab work, which was not stated by My Chart. I had to call the office to make sure of the first visit's purpose. My Chart also didn't make clear if my visit with my provider was the same day as the phone call from the nurse.

Dr. Swanson does a great job of listening and answering my questions in such a way that I understand, rather than using a lot of medical terminology/technical jargon. I am very comfortable with him and appreciate the time he gives me! My experience with him is top rate!

I couldn't have been treated better. Not sure about my lab results, but I'm feeling perfect so I'm not going to worry about that.

The Dr. looked tired and had had a bad day. He did look at my hip and told me that I was on the best meds for my MS. Keep taking my meds! I have another appointment with my regular doctor to look at my swollen right arm, and he said it is definitely swollen and he would let the regular Dr. deal with it.

I very much like the phone call informing me of my lab results. I'm not a big fan of the online check-in. I answered questions that I didn't have questions about.

Gundersen has a very caring and helpful team of staff members who have been guiding me on my goal of improving my health. Thank you all!

My chart is sometimes it is not working right so easier steps would be helpful.
