At times I cannot complete My Chart steps.

I really appreciated that Dr Swanson took time to carefully listen and explain, and to offer me options.

I very much appreciated by being seen promptly, even if it wasn't by my regular provider.

My provider and the nursing staff are top notch. A little confused with the My Chart notification process. It did not make clear to me what the purpose of the appointment. I assumed my first visit was for lab work, which was not stated by My Chart. I had to call the office to make sure of the first visit's purpose. My Chart also didn't make clear if my visit with my provider was the same day as the phone call from the nurse.

my chart needs some work to fix problems occured when merging

Dr. Swanson does a great job of listening and answering my questions in such a way that I understand, rather than using a lot of medical terminology/technical jargon. I am very comfortable with him and appreciate the time he gives me! My experience with him is top rate!

I couldn't have been treated better. Not sure about my lab results, but I'm feeling perfect so I'm not going to worry about that.

Dr. Swanson is very responsive and informative with any questions or concerns one may have.

Dr . Swanson addressed all my concerns and was very thorough. He really listens.

We had a good conversation about the problem. We were pleased with the Dr.

The Dr. looked tired and had had a bad day. He did look at my hip and told me that I was on the best meds for my MS. Keep taking my meds! I have another appointment with my regular doctor to look at my swollen right arm, and he said it is definitely swollen and he would let the regular Dr. deal with it.

I very much like the phone call informing me of my lab results. I'm not a big fan of the online check-in. I answered questions that I didn't have questions about.

Gundersen has a very caring and helpful team of staff members who have been guiding me on my goal of improving my health. Thank you all!

This was the first time I met Dr. Swanson and I was very pleased with the care he provided and his calm, caring demeanor.

My chart is sometimes it is not working right so easier steps would be helpful.

I am thankful for such good care that you provide in Decorah.

Visit went fine. Dr spent adequate time to listen and advise. He did not mark off the correct medication that we agreed I would stop taking. Med is for heart rhythm. Made me dizzy

even though someone else was also scheduled at the same time I was, I did get in only 15 minutes later. So it turned out ok

I couldn't get into my chart. System would not send me a code by email or text.

I did a very good job going to the doctor and he listened and he did what he was supposed to do. So we come out of there very happy, my daughter and I.

I really appreciate Dr. Swanson's caring manner and how he listens not only to my physical complaints but also to my family concerns. He really takes the time to hear me and address what is on my mind. He is a wonderful asset to Gundersen Health.

I like that I (and husband, too) are almost always able to see our primary care provider instead of being "bounced around" among clinicians. Also thought Dr Swanson was very prepared for our visits and knowledgeable about our medical history
