For some reason I was unable to register online. Three workers were apparently doing nothing at check-in, and I stood in line for 10 minutes for the 1 staff member at checkout.

My appointment was at 10 o'clock. I waited a number of moments after my initial encounter for the provider. It would be great if it would have happened concurrently. Thanks. Wait was too long.

My experience with Dr. Reierson is always interesting and informative. She knows me and remembers my history. She always helps me with a plan for improved vision. She is a very happy person and always takes time for a little chat.

The thing you can do the best or more is accept Aetna insurance so that I don't have to find another provider to have my eyes checked. Thank you.

Give them all a raise

The gal who did the first part of my exam was very friendly and happy!! I so enjoy Dr. Reierson. So pleasant and explains everything so I can understand it. She is a keeper.

At 3:40 in the afternoon, there was no one at the check-in desk so I attempted to check in with my phone, which said they were having trouble contacting someone at the front desk. So I ended up checking in at the checkout desk. Consider putting up a sign that says check in at the checkout desk if no one is in place at the check-in desk.

Dr. Reierson is a wonderful provider who offers her expertise with humor and kindness.

Not only do I trust her, but look forward to my visits with her. She a very "up" person. She also make many suggestion, giving the me the option to choose.

I would highly recommend her. I would just rate her, well you shouldn't even rate her a 10, we should rate her an 11 or 12. She's really professional. Wonderful job.

The staff was amazing and did a great no excellent job always have had a great experience with the eye dept.

Only concern I had was the registration staff talking loudly about an individual staff 'in the back' that they did not like. Not appropriate discussion in front of patients.

My experience was very good. Both staff members were very professional and nice. I did have some trouble keeping up with the pace of testing that the doctor directed. I felt rushed analyzing the screening sequence. At one point I realized the lens was not clean.

I don't think the providers pay attention to the previsit forms that I fill out. Why does it say to bring meds. No one ever asks. Something needs to be done about parking in the first section of the green parking lot. It should only allow compacts as long trucks cause traffic jams. People also drive too fast most times and I am afraid to cross over to my car sometimes. I like the gift shop and always check the free books.

Everything was done perfectly. The only thing we wish, my husband and I both wish that you were connected with IMED so we could get our eyes exam there like we always have in the last few years. So otherwise everything was great.

Dr. Kristen Reierson is amazing! I seen her a week prior to taking my daughter to see her. She answered all of our questions and was awesome at explaining things. I was worried because my old Dr. had left, and I really liked her too. I'm glad I chose Dr. Reierson to be our new Doctor!

I went to the glasses dept after my appt to look for new glasses. All 4 employees were talking and laughing at the main desk. I was the only customer. I was never greeted, never approached to see if I needed help, and after 10 minutes, I decided to leave, and as I walked out the door, I remained unacknowledged. I've worked in the hospital, and have been a longtime customer. I was surprised.

I continue to be impressed with the care at Gunderson. I switched from Madison because I think the care at Gunderson is superior.

I was impressed. I did not have an appointment but needed to go to the eye department walk in clinic because of a serious concern and was able to be seen by Dr. Reierson who is my regular eye doctor.

Check-in person was abrupt and not friendly at all. Need to look at this for a personality adjustment.

There was a problem checking in due to a system snafu. My insurance would not go through and I had to be checked in as self pay. Hope this has been cleared up.

Getting through My Chart is very difficult and is frustrating. I didn't have a problem before My Chart.

My appointment took place on time and they were busy. All my concerns were addressed.

Parking at the East Building is TERRIBLE!! We were there around 8:45 and drove around for 15 minutes, many cars were doing the same thing!! We watched for people getting in their car from their appt. and waited for the space to be opened! Where do the employees from this building park?? Obviously they park in the patient lot, REALLY!!! Did I mention that most of the pts looking for parking were over 70. Please look into this!!

Dr. Reierson is great! She is easy going, explains everything clearly and is such a kind person. I trust her and feel very comfortable with her care.

Dr. Reierson and her team were all wonderful. I wish MyChart were more user-friendly. For example, when I have to submit multiple blood pressures, why isn't there a fillable form? Why do I have to hunt for messages because they're "too old to reply"? Lastly, can I stop being asked the same questions over and over, especially when I have multiple upcoming appointments, and then again when I check in even when I've done e-check in?

Dr Reierson is friendly, approachable, and pure class.

It's very frustrating after your child has a concussion to have to wait a long time for them to be seen, thankfully we got off the waitlist and were able to be seen before our original appointment but it still was a few weeks wait and we got lucky

I was very happy with how thorough my doctor was during the appointment and how she did take the necessary steps to have additional testing. I feel she advocates for me.
