The gal who did the first part of my exam was very friendly and happy!! I so enjoy Dr. Reierson. So pleasant and explains everything so I can understand it. She is a keeper.

At 3:40 in the afternoon, there was no one at the check-in desk so I attempted to check in with my phone, which said they were having trouble contacting someone at the front desk. So I ended up checking in at the checkout desk. Consider putting up a sign that says check in at the checkout desk if no one is in place at the check-in desk.

Dr. Reierson is a wonderful provider who offers her expertise with humor and kindness.

I'm glad she's my doctor.

Not only do I trust her, but look forward to my visits with her. She a very "up" person. She also make many suggestion, giving the me the option to choose.

I would highly recommend her. I would just rate her, well you shouldn't even rate her a 10, we should rate her an 11 or 12. She's really professional. Wonderful job.

Only concern I had was the registration staff talking loudly about an individual staff 'in the back' that they did not like. Not appropriate discussion in front of patients.

My experience was very good. Both staff members were very professional and nice. I did have some trouble keeping up with the pace of testing that the doctor directed. I felt rushed analyzing the screening sequence. At one point I realized the lens was not clean.

I don't think the providers pay attention to the previsit forms that I fill out. Why does it say to bring meds. No one ever asks. Something needs to be done about parking in the first section of the green parking lot. It should only allow compacts as long trucks cause traffic jams. People also drive too fast most times and I am afraid to cross over to my car sometimes. I like the gift shop and always check the free books.

Everything was done perfectly. The only thing we wish, my husband and I both wish that you were connected with IMED so we could get our eyes exam there like we always have in the last few years. So otherwise everything was great.

I went to the glasses dept after my appt to look for new glasses. All 4 employees were talking and laughing at the main desk. I was the only customer. I was never greeted, never approached to see if I needed help, and after 10 minutes, I decided to leave, and as I walked out the door, I remained unacknowledged. I've worked in the hospital, and have been a longtime customer. I was surprised.

I continue to be impressed with the care at Gunderson. I switched from Madison because I think the care at Gunderson is superior.

Did I mention that most of the pts looking for parking were over 70. Please look into this!!

Dr. Reierson and her team were all wonderful. I wish MyChart were more user-friendly. For example, when I have to submit multiple blood pressures, why isn't there a fillable form? Why do I have to hunt for messages because they're "too old to reply"? Lastly, can I stop being asked the same questions over and over, especially when I have multiple upcoming appointments, and then again when I check in even when I've done e-check in?

It's very frustrating after your child has a concussion to have to wait a long time for them to be seen, thankfully we got off the waitlist and were able to be seen before our original appointment but it still was a few weeks wait and we got lucky

I've been seeing Kristen for several years. She is very pleasant to interact with and always takes time to answer all of my questions.

Dr. Reierson explains everything as she is testing and I appreciate that. She takes the necessary time to discuss answer any questions I have.

The provider is EXCELLENT. The provider is so knowledgeable, compassionate, and has a sense of humor to put the patient at a ease.

Most knowledgeable and respectful doctor I have experienced in YEARS!! Knew her field and had clearly studied my file before coming in the room. Spent time with me and very helpful. Cannot say enough good things about her.

At check-out one of your staff seemed to be having cognitive problems in scheduling a next appointment six months from now, and seemed to lose awareness of time. Some kind of freezing response.) She was clearly trying but was being defeated and in increasing distress, so some supervisor with kindness in approach and knowledge of possible issues should figure out what's going on there. I left, finally -- my hips were starting to ache from standing -- and this morning I put in a request online to schedule that appointment.

If there was something better than "yes, definitely", I would have chosen that. Particularly in regard to Dr. Reierson, she is one of the best, most knowledgeable and efficient providers and communicators I have ever met. After my appointment with her I have a better and more complete understanding of my condition and I am confident in the way forward under my providers' care.

Gundersen has always provided high-quality medical care and is very much respected in our community. Why in the world you'd mess with changing the name is beyond my understanding. I have not talked to ANYONE in the community who thinks this was a good idea. This is why Campbell's hasn't changed the branding of tomato soup. You don't mess with what works. I'm sorry to be critical, but "Emplify" sounds like a made up word to describe a faceless medical conglomerate. BAD decision....

In appointment reminders, in addition to address, perhaps building name and floor number could be added. I wasnt sure if I was going to the east building or founders building, or what floor i needed to go to.

My appointment was totally fine. It was annoying that twenty-six minutes before my appointment time, as I was preparing to leave, I got a message asking me if I was in the waiting room. I did not respond. I did arrive on time.

Super friendly, explained things really nicely. Mentioned 2 or 3 times how to reach out with questions or concerns. She's great!!!

Dr. Reierson and I had an in-depth conversation about my glaucoma and possible treatment in the future. I appreciated the amount of time she spent discussing my case.

The receptionist was efficient, but not as friendly as she could be. Treated it more like a business than a human interaction, but no real complaints, just a perception.

Following my appointment, the check out person would not listen to what I was explaining as the outcome from my appointment & follow appointment for the next week per my doctor. Made no effort to reach out to confirm with my doctor and continued to set up a bunch of visual field, photos, etc that pushed my appointment out BEYOND what the doctor requested. Very frustrating!
