In person is better but not in all situations. My chart isn't as accurate for prescriptions as it once was.

I am not a tech person. I do not watch for info, appointments, msg etc

Once again I had a very informative session with Krista Kirchner APNP. She asked how I was doing, if I had questions re my current conditions etc. My husband was with me too and Krista answered his questions. Krista Kirchner is a valued member of my health-care team.

NP Krista Kirchner was absolutely, hands-down one of the best physicians I've come across at this Gundersen/Emplify. She listened to me pour over my chronic pain story without interruption and provided sound, evidence-based feedback and showed genuine concern for my chronic pain. It sucks! And she was empathic, understanding and KIND!!! She provided three basic solutions and collectively, we decided on a plan moving forward to help minimize my pain. Please do everything you can to keep this exceptional healthcare provider from going anywhere else. For someone so young, she had a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to helping people relieve chronic pain. My thanks to her for listening, not judging and truly wanting to help. My experience with this provider was and has been extraordinary, I can not express how grateful I am to have been moved to Ms Kirschner for care, she is amazing and totally dedicated to her patients and she has a brilliant mind to go with it, without a doubt Gundersen best provider.

I don't like that when I email my provider, it goes to a nurse and I have to waste time trying to bring them up to speed with my situation. It was nicer in the past when I could have commutations with my provider. Now if want to talk to them, I have to make an appointment which ties up more of my providers time. Need to figure out something else.

Has there been poany movement as far as my hip replacement surgery being moved moved up so I can get replacement sooner?
