Would be nice if when u call the Postville clinic u can talk to them instead of the call going to West Union then have to be transferred and sometimes the call gets dropped,very frustrating.i do use my charts but don't like checking into my appointments that way...

We had an excellent experience will recommend the provider was friendly and heard everything and answer all the questions we had really recommended awesome place

Everyone i dealt with was very friendly. I dont care for my chart would much rather deal with only people for my health care needs.

Everything and everyone was great, lm very happy with the care l get, just wish we had a pharmacy back in our town

And experiences at JAV. Every time I do my studies at the clinic, the doctors are good people. They learn well, I like how they treat you, how they help you, how they learn from you. The Postville Clinic is easily accessible and allows me to make appointments that minimize the amount of time I need to miss from work to receive my medical care. Kirstin works with me to help me work toward optimal health improvements. So thankful I can get my medical needs met close to where I work and live.
